MIS Steak Bake

The annual fundraiser for the MIS/442nd RCT will be approaching soon. This is a great opportunity to help a great cause, and have some fun in the kitchen - as well as meet some new friends!

This will be a 2-day event held over the weekend of July 24 - 25. The food preparation will begin on Saturday, July 24 from 8am to 1pm. Food prep will continue on Sunday, July 25 in the morning hours, and the food service will begin in the afternoon - approximately 2pm - Followed by clean-up at approximately 4pm.

You can sign-up for either Saturday or Sunday or both days. You can volunteer all day or just a few hours. Any and all help will be gladly accepted! Feel free to bring your kids to learn about community service or bring a loved one to spend the day giving back to the community. Or just come and hang out with friends to help a great cause!

The Event Details are as follows:

Saturday (July 24, 2010) --

• 8 am to 1pm: Food Preparation in the kitchen
• 1pm to 3pm: Table and Chair setup

Sunday (July 25, 2010) -

• 8 am to 1pm: Food Preparation
• 1pm to 3pm: Food Service and Bingo Games
• 4pm to 6pm: Event Cleanup
